We decided to have a one hour meeting to discuss where we were with our research and how we were getting on with our blogs and Bethany updated us with her conversations with Tim via email.
Minutes for the meeting:
Individual blogs- how we were getting on, what we needed to include on there.
Research- we reported back on the research that we'd been doing and stated our conclusions. (Evidence of which will be in a following blog entry)
Tim's emails- Bethany up dated us all on the conversations she had been having with Tim. He had told us that it wouldn't be possible for us to film between the dates of the 1st and the 21st of January 2011. These were the dates that our teacher had set for us that he had made clear were to be stuck to at all costs. So, I took it upon myself to sort this issue out. Bethany wasn't present at school that day, so I took Sarah along with me to discuss the issue. Thankfully, this issue was resolved- as it was the clients who couldn't film this was acceptable and he would accept filming produced after the set dates. Here I felt that we all worked very well as a team to resolve this issue, and we were able to confirm the dates with Tim.
Further research- our producer set us other pieces of research to do. I am going to research more of the technical aspects of music videos as this will aid me and my group when editing and filming and even story-boarding the video.
